Biography

My name is Ariel Goldstein, and I am a sophomore. When I am not in school, I like to make art and hang out with my friends. When I am at school, I also like to make art in my elective classes. It is something I have always enjoyed which is why I picked a comic strip for my literary fair entry.

What is your main source of inspiration?

I was inspired by an artwork I made last year in school. It had a shark in it and that inspired me to make a comic about a shark.

What motivated you to write this piece?

I like creating stories, and the ocean theme was interesting to me at the time I was working on the piece.
