What message do you hope to convey through your piece?

I hope to convey that life will always be busy and stressful, but you must endure and get it done day after day!

What is your ideal writing environment?

My ideal writing environment is outside, near my pool, on a sunny day.

How do you resonate with your piece? Why is it personal to you?

My piece is personal to me because it explains how I feel on a daily basis. I am always crunched for time, but strive to get my work done and do it to the best of my ability, whether it be at school or at the pool.

Bio

My name is Liliana Novak and I am a freshman. I am a competitive swimmer and whenever I am not at school, I am in the pool training or at the gym working out. Between swim and school, I don’t have a lot of free time — hence the theme of my poem. Life is good, but very busy!
